The restaurant, where the wood panelling provides a warm
atmosphere, traditional Tuscan cuisine linked to the flavours of the area
meets international cuisine, thus also satisfying the most refined palates.
Here country tradition meets Tyrrhenian Sea fishermen’s tradition, so among
specialities such as the typical Florentine ribollita, aubergine and boletus
mushroom “Pappa”, and Chianina beef with rocket, there are fresh seafood dishes
such as Caciucco alla Livornese or sea bass with aromatic herbs.
Right next to the restaurant there is the hotel’s charming
cocktail lounge where a simple cocktail or a rich buffet provide a nice break from a conference or meeting. In Italy many meetings are held over lunch or a nice meal making for a pleasant environment in which to conduct business.
